Every published Lab experiment in one structured table: Lab ID, product, date, machine, fresh and dry weights, dry yield, cycle time and test type. Missing values are shown as Not recorded, never as zero, and the table stays honestly empty until genuine WeFreezeDryIt tests are documented.

CSV, print and PDF export are available only for public, non-confidential records. Nothing is available to export yet, so the export actions currently produce an honest empty export.
External Laboratory Results
Certified results from an external accredited laboratory, such as moisture analysis, water activity, nutritional or microbiology testing, would be identified clearly as External Laboratory Results with the testing laboratory named. They are never mixed with WeFreezeDryIt measurements and never implied from batch weights.
Water Activity & Residual Moisture
Water activity (aw) and residual moisture percentage fields exist in the Lab's data architecture, but they are never populated unless genuinely measured in a laboratory. Dry weight loss is never converted into aw or residual moisture, because that conversion is not valid. Until real measurements exist, both fields remain blank.
How Dry Yield Is Calculated
Dry Yield is a Calculated value: final dry weight divided by fresh weight, expressed as a percentage. It is derived from the measured weights in the same row and is displayed in a Calculated column, never in a Measured column. It is a planning number, not a laboratory moisture result.
