Every Video Carries a Label
A video is either an Actual WeFreezeDryIt Test (a genuine, documented run) or an Educational Animation (a conceptual demonstration). The label is written on the card; it is never implied by a thumbnail or a play button alone.
Planned Categories
Seven categories keep the future library scannable. Each category links to the written center it belongs to, so the guidance never depends on the videos existing.
