  • • Freeze-dried yogurt

Rehydration

Starting Water Estimate

All water amounts on this page are starting estimates, not tested ratios. Add liquid gradually, stir or rest, and adjust to the texture you want.

  • Add water to the pouch or shaker, close it, and shake well.
  • Let it rest a minute so the powder hydrates fully, then shake again.
  • Add water in small splashes if it comes out too thick.

Serving

One pack per person, about one shaker bottle.

Storage

Keep packs sealed and dry; a cold mixed smoothie is perishable and should be drunk promptly.

Storage depends on your packaging, dryness and conditions. See the Storage Center and the packaging guides for honest shelf-life guidance; no shelf-life claim is made on this page.

Notes

A lighter take on the fruit smoothie mix, tuned for the trail: no fresh ingredients and no refrigeration needed until water is added.
