Starting Water Estimate
All water amounts on this page are starting estimates, not tested ratios. Add liquid gradually, stir or rest, and adjust to the texture you want.
- The sauce carries the rehydration: keep it loose enough that the pieces are submerged while they soften.
- Top up with small splashes of hot water or stock if the sauce reduces too far.
Serving
One serving per 70 g dry mix, served with rice.
Storage
Store the dry curry components sealed and dry; rehydrated curry is perishable and should be served hot with leftovers refrigerated.
Storage depends on your packaging, dryness and conditions. See the Storage Center and the packaging guides for honest shelf-life guidance; no shelf-life claim is made on this page.
Notes
The same method works for chicken or vegetable curry; the chicken curry prepared dish also appears in the food database.
Food safety: follow the food-safety guidance for handling and storing this food before and after rehydration.
