  • Freeze-dried guava rounds
  • Optional: freeze-dried yogurt drops

Freeze-Dried Ingredients

  • • Freeze-dried mango slices or cubes
  • • Freeze-dried guava rounds
  • • Optional yogurt drops

Fresh Ingredients

  • • None

Preparation

  1. Confirm every piece is fully dry and crisp before packaging.
  2. Fill small sealed jars or pouches for snacking and lunchboxes.
  3. Keep fruit types separate if textures differ, or mix for a varied snack.

Rehydration

Starting Water Estimate

All water amounts on this page are starting estimates, not tested ratios. Add liquid gradually, stir or rest, and adjust to the texture you want.

  • Not needed: this application is eaten dry.
  • For a softer fruit for children, mix pieces into yogurt and allow them to soften naturally.

Serving

About 15 to 25 g per snack, adjusted to appetite.

Storage

Crispness is the whole point, so moisture is the enemy: keep the jar sealed between snacks. If pieces soften, they picked up humidity, not that they spoiled.

Storage depends on your packaging, dryness and conditions. See the Storage Center and the packaging guides for honest shelf-life guidance; no shelf-life claim is made on this page.

Notes

The classic lunchbox and kid-friendly application. Keep portions small and resealable so the remainder stays crisp.
