  • Freeze-dried mango pieces, crumbled
  • Freeze-dried strawberry pieces or powder

Freeze-Dried Ingredients

  • • Freeze-dried mango pieces
  • • Freeze-dried strawberry pieces or powder

Fresh Ingredients

  • • Yogurt, about 150 to 200 g per serving

Preparation

  1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl.
  2. Scatter crumbled freeze-dried fruit over the top.
  3. Stir lightly if you want partial softening, or leave on top for crunch.

Rehydration

Starting Water Estimate

All water amounts on this page are starting estimates, not tested ratios. Add liquid gradually, stir or rest, and adjust to the texture you want.

  • The fruit rehydrates gently from the yogurt's moisture over a few minutes, softening from crisp to chewy.
  • Prefer crunch: stir less and eat sooner. Prefer soft: stir it through and let it rest.

Serving

One bowl per person; about 15 g of fruit is enough for a visible layer.

Storage

Keep the fruit separate from the yogurt until serving. Mixed together, the fruit softens and the yogurt should be treated as fresh dairy and enjoyed promptly.

Storage depends on your packaging, dryness and conditions. See the Storage Center and the packaging guides for honest shelf-life guidance; no shelf-life claim is made on this page.

Notes

Freeze-dried yogurt drops pair naturally here: yogurt on yogurt, with crisp fruit between.
