Starting Water Estimate
All water amounts on this page are starting estimates, not tested ratios. Add liquid gradually, stir or rest, and adjust to the texture you want.
- Pasta absorbs the most water, so it decides the pace: add less first, stir well, and top up in small splashes.
- Cooked freeze-dried pasta rehydrates faster than quick-cook dry pasta; adjust the simmer accordingly.
Serving
One serving per 85 g dry mix, one plate.
Storage
Keep the dry mix sealed and dry. Rehydrated pasta meals are perishable: serve hot and refrigerate leftovers.
Storage depends on your packaging, dryness and conditions. See the Storage Center and the packaging guides for honest shelf-life guidance; no shelf-life claim is made on this page.
Notes
A standard complete-meal build: protein plus starch plus sauce, all in one pouch or jar.
