Starting Water Estimate
All water amounts on this page are starting estimates, not tested ratios. Add liquid gradually, stir or rest, and adjust to the texture you want.
- Not needed: the blend works as a dry seasoning.
- For soups or sauces, stir it into the cooking liquid so it hydrates and releases flavor.
Serving
About half a teaspoon per serving, adjusted to taste.
Storage
Because the blend contains powdered material, it must be protected from humidity: keep the jar sealed, store cool and dark, and do not sprinkle it over steam.
Storage depends on your packaging, dryness and conditions. See the Storage Center and the packaging guides for honest shelf-life guidance; no shelf-life claim is made on this page.
Notes
This is the humidity-protection lesson in action: seasoning blends are powders, and powders clump when moisture gets in.
